Qingdao Becomes Triton's Casting Production Center
April 14, 2008 - Qingdao, China - After years of cooperation with Qingdao's many foundries, Triton reaches an official agreement with the Alliance of Qingdao Investment Casting Foundries (AQICF) to strengthen the business relationship. AQICF, headed by Mr. Xiaoping Yang, a pioneering master of China's investment casting business, agrees to give Triton full support to expand the North American market. Mr. Songjun Liu, the new general manager of Triton's China Operation and a veteran casting engineer, takes on the job of chief representative to coordinate business activity. Triton's goal: to achieve 600 tons of annual casting business with 20% growth each year.

Triton Sets Up a Tube Fabrication Factory in China
August 8, 2006 - Wenling, Zhejiang Province, China - After years of sourcing tubing products, Triton sets up its own shop to mass produce tubular products primarily for high-end parts, such as stainless tube handles used in pleasure boats, bathroom hardware, assistive devices, and outdoor staircase rails. The factory is capable of tube bending, flanging, expanding and reducing, welding, brazing, turning, and more.

Triton Launches First Joint Venture in China
September 20, 2005 - Wenling, Zhejiang Province, China - Triton signs a cooperation agreement with Gego to form a new company, Triton Gego Manufacturing Co., Ltd., that will take advantage of the region's low labor cost and Triton's management skills to reduce costs for Triton's North American customers. Triton will own 51% of the shares and control business operations. The joint venture will target the booming Chinese auto-parts market and serve as Triton's operational hub to coordinate with its two dozen contract manufacturers across China. The 8,000 square foot facility houses dozens of CNC mills, numeric-controlled lathes, and other manufacturing equipment.
