Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA -- In order to better communicate with our customers, staff and vendors in various locations, Triton's IT department has been working hard on a new communication tool in the past 6 months . Now comes the so-called web-browser based remote interactive image viewer, or RIIV. This program allows two remote parties to view each other's mouse cursor movement simultaneously over an image while talking over the phone. This tool is very helpful for both parties to discuss engineering prints, parts function, technical issues without physically sitting together face-to-face. Compared to various desktop sharing software in the market, Triton's RIIV is the simplest, fastest and most convenient. It requires no setup, and browsing pictures just like regular internet surfing.
