| Wenling, Zhejiang Province, China -- Today Triton signed a cooperation agreement with Gego to form a new company named Triton Gego Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Triton will own 51% shares and control the operation of the joint venture. The new joint venture is to target the blooming Chinese auto parts market as well as to better serve Triton's North American customers for their cost reduction needs. | |
| The new venture takes advantage of the low labor cost
in the region and
Triton's US management skills. The 8,000 square feet facility
houses dozens of CNC mills, numeric controlled lathes and other manufacturing
equipment. The joint venture would also serves as Triton's China operation hub
that coordinates with two dozens of Triton's contract manufacturers across
