Jiaohe Casting Co. Ltd

Established in 1975, Jiaohe Casting Co. is a state run foundry in Hebei Province, China.  The modern facility covers 550,000 square feet and employs 330 persons including 30 engineers and technicians.  Products include casting components such as gas furnaces, pipe fittings, and furniture accessories.  Annual capacity is 5,000 tons.  The major overseas markets are the United States, Germany, Netherlands, Japan and Australia.  Of 2000 tons exported in 1999, about 50% were shipped to the United States. 

Jiaohe uses measurement and analytical equipment for R&D and quality assurance programs. These include complete chemical, metallurgical, physical testing/inspection facilities, and a three tiered quality inspection system.
