As a value added function to our manufacturing outsourcing service, Triton's trans-ocean engineering design team can accomplish your CAD project at a competitive price. We provide the following services to help our value customers to achieve further cost reductions: Concept Design Any concept idea, including patents, can be converted to a functional, manufacturing-capable and most cost-efficient engineering CAD print ready for mass production. CAD print generation/reverse engineering When only a sample is available, we are capable of producing the CAD print for mass production. Most of these convertions are free of charge as part of the quote. Legal disclaimer: We do not replicate any products that is patent protected unless we obtain the written permission from original patent holder. 3D Model Triton can also create a 3D model on Solidworks® platform, giving our customer a better visualization. Prototyping and Rapid Prototyping After 2D or 3D print is created, we can make prototypes of following types:  Stereolithography (SLA) Molded resin part (fiber glass filled) Short run real mold for prototype parts Note: These services are generally provided with a manufacturing contract.
